Embodying the Goddess - Isis

  • Four Directions Integrative Health 6 Lexington Avenue Gloucester, MA 01930 United States (map)

Join us for our monthly “Embodying the Goddess” circle at Four Directions Integrative Health on the first Friday of the month.

Explore a new Goddess each month as well as your own inner Goddess through meditation, ritual, movement and more.

This month join Kathleen Pizzello from The Moon + the Mat ( and Grace Harrington Murdoch from Flowers & Stars ( as we combine a sweet yoga flow and meditation to assist you in connecting to the Egyptian Goddess, Isis who is linked to Mary Magdalene as well.

Kathleen Pizzello is a heart-centered accomplished yoga teacher, and owner of the moon and the mat, located in Beverly MA. Her yoga journey started back in 2010 and has been ever expanding with various types of yoga and healing modalities like Anusara, Rasa and Acro Yoga as well as Reiki and Thai Massage. Kathleen’s intention is to weave all of these teachings into her life and offerings. Her classes offer healing alignment, depth yet lightheartnedness and cultivation of a fearless heart.

Grace Harrington Murdoch, an Energy Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher, owner and operator at Flowers & Stars and Four Directions Integrative Health, will guide us in ritual and meditation to connect with Isis.

It will be a time of sharing and connecting and enriching each other’s lives in a high vibration atmosphere.

Inspired by time spent exploring Goddess energy with the priestesses of England, Grace felt it’s time to really embody this energy further so we can step further into our power as women and find which Goddesses we resonate with and how they can assist us in our lives. Each month will be a different experience.

All Goddesses welcome!

We have ten yoga mats onsite so bring yours if you have one and if not one will be provided for you!
